Stucture and Responsibility

Top Management Executive Derector :

1-Ensuring that environmental policy are documented, implemented, and provided to employees.
2-Approve on environmental manual for APSARA
3-Shall appoint environmental management representative
4-Ensuring that the significant of environmental aspect that impact to environment are considered and setting up the objectives.
5-Provide the essential resources to implement and control the evironmental management system. Resources include human resources and specialized skills, technology and financial resources.
6-Appoint internal audits.
7-Review the environmental manangement system to ensuring that it is commensurate and effectivesness.
8-Decide and approve on the environmental objectives and targets for APSARA.

Environmental Management System Representative

1-Ensuring that environmental management system requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with international standard ISO 14001.
2-Shall arrange the environmental objectives and targets and create a new plan in the case of modify the old objectives and targets.
3-Select the significant of environmental aspect that impact to environment
4-Approve the documentation and responding in communication of external interest party.
5-Taking action to mitigate any impacts and approve on corrective and preventive action.
6-Approve on audits program.
7-Reporting on the result of environmental management system implementation to top management to continual improvement.

Internal Auditor

1-Arrange the program for audit
2-Organize internal audit and specify any noncomformance point
3-Reporting on the result of internal audit to top management and representative
4-Review and corrective noncomformance point.

Director of Each Department

1-Setting up the department objectives and targets in accordance with APSARA objectives and targets. The director of department shall approve on the environmental program.
2-Reporting on the result of environmental program to representative.
3-Approve on setting the evironmental aspect and evaluate the environmental impact.
4-Response the environmental education for department.
5-Approve on environmental management system procedure for department.

Secretariat

1-Arrange the legal, environmental policy for APSARA, and environmental management program.
2-Receive data of environemental program from each department and report to representative.
3-Planing arrangment to operate the environmental management program and others important job that introduced by representative in order to motivate these system be good processes.

The Promotion Leader of Each Department

1-Specify the environmental aspect and evaluate the environmental aspect for department.
2-Create the environmental management program in accordance with department objectives and targets and report to secretariat after approval by director.
3-Arrange the procedure for department.
