Royal Decree transferring the site of Koh Ke
to APSARA APSARA Authority

We,
Preah Karuna Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni Preah Chau Krung Kampuchea Thipadei, having regard to:
- the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia,
- the Royal Decree n° NS/RKT/0704/124 of 15 July 2004 establishing the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia,
- the Royal Kram n° 02/NS/94 of 20 July 1994 establishing and defining the functioning of the Council of Ministers,
- Royal Kram n° NS/RKM/0196/26 of 25 January 1996 implementing the Law on the Protection of Cultural Heritage,
- the Royal Kram n° NS/RKM/1296/36 of 24 December 1996 concerning the protection of environment and management of nature
- the Royal Kram n° NS/RKM/0196/02 of 24 January 1996 implementing the Law on the establishing of Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts
- the Royal Kram n° NS/RKM/0699/09 of 23 January 1999 implementing the Law on the establishing of Ministry of Land management, Urban Planning and Construction
- the Royal Kram n° NS/RKM/0801/ of 30 August 2001 implementing the land law
- the Royal Decree date 01 November 1993 establishing and defining the natural protected zone
- the Royal Decree n° NS/RKT/0295/11 of 19 February 1995 redefining of the Supreme Council on National Culture,
- the Royal Decree NS/RKT/0904/267 of 20 September 2004 reform the article 4 and 5 of the Royal Decree of 19 February 1995 establishing the Authority for the Protection and Management of Angkor and the Region of Siem Reap (APSARA),
- the Royal Decree n° NS/RKT/0504/070 of 05 June 2004 concerning the zoning of Koh Ke site
- The proposal of the Prime Minister for the Royal Government of Cambodia


ORDER

Article 1:

The site of Koh Ke is situated at Srayang Village, Srayang Commune, Kulen District, Preah Vihea Province. It has been provided under control of APSARA Authority.

Article 2:

The APSARA Authority has the right to do the zoning, management, preservation, conservation, development and improvement of National Cultural Heritage basing on the limited zone written in the Royal decree n° NS/RKT/0504/ of 05 May 2004 concerning the zoning of Koh Ke site.

Article 3:

All provisions contrary to the present Royal Decree shall be considered null and void.

Article 4:

The Prime Minister shall be responsible for the execution of the present Royal Decree.

Article 5:

The present Royal Decree shall come into effect from the date of its signature.
