From the General Department of the Apsara Authority
The Apsara Authority is honored to inform Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, Sir/Madam the directors of tour companies/institutions, hotel owners, and all residents that the Apsara Authority established and commenced operation of the Apsara Authority Service Center with the aim of providing all users with services in December 1, 2008 in accordance with a one-stop service mechanism, offering a total of 18 kinds of services. Therefore, to obtain these services, Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, Sir/Madam the directors of tour companies/institutions, hotel owners, and all residents who wish to receive any information or services from the Apsara Authority are advised to submit their requests to the Apsara Authority Service Center located in the office of the General Department of the Apsara Authority, Siem Reap province, with telephone number 063 630 0012. Moreover, in order to facilitate the provision of services in an effective, transparent and timely manner, the Apsara Authority hereby encloses here to an annex showing a table of the provision of services by the Apsara Authority Service Center to serve as consulting documents in respect of the submission of requests and receipt of services in a transparent, accountable, quality and effective manner.
