Cleaning and Clearing Unit
The Cleaning and Clearing Unit’s tasks are cleaning
and cutting grasses and small plants growing in the temple’s
moat or pond, around Angkor Thom complex, Angkor Wat, all
temples along the petit and grand circuit, Roluos group,
Ak Yum temple, Krol Romeas temple (on Kulen Mountains) and
some of the ancient bridges along the National Road No6.
Moreover, they also take part in excavation work with the
APSARA Preventive Excavation Team in the Angkor area.
