Training of staff
It will be necessary to organize permanent training sessions
for the staff of the Deparmtent of Tourism on the development
of tourism worldwide. The department was able to win two
international speakers for the courses in 2003: an expert
in anthropology of tourism and an expert in the management
of the parcs at the Sorbonne University in Paris. The participants,
including two directors of APSARA Authority, who have provided
translation assistance, have remarked on the usefullness
of this training unanimously. Therefore, the Department
of Tourism has decided to provide this experience on an
annual basis.
